Bring the whole family to the beach for a gentle yoga session with Theresa Moore. Stretch, breathe, and connect with nature in a fun, relaxing environment — perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike.
After yoga, meet the American Academy of Canine Water Rescue Dogs while supporting the Fishhead Scuba divers as they clean the lake — a hands-on, exciting way to celebrate Earth Day and see local heroes in action!
What to Bring: Yoga mat, blanket, and any props for comfort
