Earth Day, Volunteer Opportunities
Join the Friends of Laurel Hill to celebrate Earth Day! Volunteers are needed to help build a nature play space at the Laurel Learning Lab and to complete some needed trail maintenance on Bobcat Trail.
Lunch will be provided for all volunteer participants. Registration is required. To register, please call the Laurel Hill Visitor Center at 814-352-8649.
The Friends of Laurel Hill will host a meeting after the Earth Day Celebration luncheon from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at the Lakeside Lodge at Scenic View. Come hear updates from the park and the Friends’ plans for the New Year. The Friends are looking forward to hosting an in-person gathering to share ideas and make new plans. Together we will move forward the great work of the Friends of Laurel Hill!
