The logistics:
- PPFF is subsidizing the majority of the cost. We ask that you assume a $35/day investment.
- The tuition and other costs associated with your attendance is a legitimate expenditure for your Chapter and can be reimbursed from Chapter funds (with receipts in accordance with the standard expense reimbursement process).
- You do NOT need to attend both days. They are meant to build one upon the other with Day 1 being introductory/beginner and Day 2 for experienced trail maintainers. Only you know what your level of expertise is!
- There can be no cancellation (as we have to pay for all slots, whether there is a person in that slot or not) but you are welcome to recruit a replacement if it turns out you cannot keep your reservation. We will activate a wait list and will share a name with you if the need arises.
- We will provide daily snacks but you should plan to bring your own lunch and water (refillable water bottle).
- If you are attending both days, you will need to make your own overnight accommodation arrangements. Canoe Creek may have a few cabins available; French Creek does offer a campground.
