All Levels Welcome!
Come join us on the beautiful beach at Beltzville State Park for a calming Gentle Yoga session led by Theresa Moore, a 500-hour+ certified yoga teacher and active member of the Friends of Beltzville. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this session offers a peaceful opportunity to move, breathe, and connect with nature and community.
After you enjoy yoga, visit with the American Academy of Canine Water Rescue Dogs, supporting the Fishhead Scuba divers as they clean the lake — a fun way to celebrate Earth Day and see local heroes in action!
