Welcome Winter hibernation with a Sunday morning soundbath in the cozy atmosphere of McConnell Hall at Nolde Forest. Enjoy a deeply restorative sound immersion experience in this peaceful sanctuary.   Expect soothing sounds from instruments such as gentle gong, singing bowls, chimes, handpan, ocean drum & more will carry you into deep relaxation. Invite inner stillness and connection to surrender to this season of dormancy & rest.

Benefits of sound immersion include effortless stress relief, profound inner peace deep sleep, enhanced mental clarity, focus and more beyond imagination!

How to prepare:

  • Prioritize Comfort: Use a thick mat or comforter to pad the floor, and place a bolster or pillow underneath your knees to relieve lower-back strain.
  • Bring an Eye Mask: An eye pillow, scarf, or mask blocks out visual distractions and helps you turn your focus inward.
  • Set an Intention: Take a moment before the start to clear your mind and set a personal intention—such as releasing stress, finding clarity, or simply allowing yourself to be present
