The Friends of R. B. Winter State Park are happy to announce the return of SnowFest!
The Friends of R. B. Winter State Park will be holding a silent auction featuring items from many local businesses! Come out and bid on gift items that you will enjoy – all proceeds will remain with the Friends Group to be used on projects to enhance the visitor experience at R. B. Winter.
Other activities are dependent on weather conditions and include winter mountain biking demonstrations, snowmobile rides, ice skating, and more!
The Mid Penn Trailblazers will also be holding their Annual SnowFest 3.5 Mile Trail Race at 1 PM. Runners pre-registered by February 7th will receive a glass with the Snowfest logo. Finishers “of age” will receive a bottle of Shade Mountain wine to take home. Younger finishers will get something more suitable to their youth.
