Latino Conservation Week: Adventure Hike at Boyd Big Tree Preserve Conservation Area / Una caminata de aventura con la Asociación de los Senderos de Keystone (Keystone Trails Association)

¡Salgan al aire libre! Keystone Trails Association dirige una caminata guiada de aproximadamente tres millas que explora senderos en un bosque protegido por el estado que abarca más de 1,000 acres en Blue Mountain. Participantes, deben empacar agua y repelente de insectos, cuando sea posible. Get outdoors close to home. Keystone Trails Association leads an approximately three-mile guided hike exploring trails in a state-protected forest spanning over 1,000 acres on Blue Mountain. While we walk, learn more about the plants and animals that are our neighbors while you enjoy the healthy benefits of hiking.

Transportation will be provided to and from Latino Hispanic American Community Center courtesy of Pennsylvania Parks & Forests Foundation. Please pack water and insect repellent, if available. The outing is suitable for families, but participants must be able to walk the three-mile distance, including some moderate uphill sections. If heavy rains or storms are anticipated, the event will be rescheduled.
