Baltimore Photographer Wins PA Parks and Forests Foundation Photo Contest
(Camp Hill, PA)- Samuel Fraser of Baltimore, MD won Best In Show, Critics Choice in The Pennsylvania Parks and Forests Foundation’s (PPFF) Through the Seasons 2015 Photo Contest. The winning photograph featured an image of Boulder Field taken at Hickory Run State Park.
“Once I arrived and stepped out onto the field, my first thought was it definitely lived up to my expectations of what I had seen and heard about it. Definitely a must see for anyone visiting the Hickory Run State Park. It’s an amazing site,” says Samuel. “ We are preserving extremely beautiful and important habitats and keeping natural untouched nature that everyone can escape to and appreciate with family and friends. “
The PPFF contest included six categories: Black and White, Capture the Seasons, Friends and Family Fun, Young Photographers (photographers aged 10-21), Historical Gems, and Nature Up Close.
