    Ambassadors Report Form

    • This month I accomplished the following things.
    • Provide some facts and figures of your outreach, e.g., number of contacts shared, date of house party and number of guests, sponsors identified, where you and your assigned contact met, where you volunteered.
    • Events Details

    • For example, a party hosted, a meeting attended, a presentation given, or any type of specific appointment
    • Number of guests at the party, number of people who heard the presentation, number of volunteers at the event you attended
    • Contacts Made

    • For example, a new potential member or donor, ambassador or sponsor; someone who wants more information or has an idea for ways to support the Foundation
